Brad is also a partner in a cutting-edge chiropractic clinic and an entrepreneur with ventures spanning youth sports, real estate, international Airbnbs, and assisted living. Whether he’s scaling a business or supporting a team, Brad leads with strategy, heart, and a passion for helping others grow.
As Co-Founder of ROBRA Solutions & co-owner of a chiropractic clinic, Rory combined his 17+ years of sales & marketing experience with his love for Chiropractic, health, & wellness. A lifelong advocate for longevity (he’s aimed to live to 100 since childhood!), he’s now using his sales & marketing experience to fuel his passion to help others live longer, healthier lives.

Becky doesn’t just run operations—she powers the heartbeat of ROBRA. With a mix of fierce vision, grounded leadership, and a whole lot of love, she’s here to make sure every moving part has a purpose—and every person feels like they matter.
Her mission? To help both her team and her clients do the work they were put on this planet to do… the kind that lights them up and lets them show up as their bold, brilliant, fully-aligned selves. Becky believes that when people feel supported, seen, and in flow, they don’t just perform—they thrive. And she’s not here for anything less.
Gaby Weeks was born and raised in Mexico, where she began her journey as a teacher and customer care trainer. After moving to the U.S., she discovered her true passion in chiropractic while working as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2016. Since then, she’s supported and trained over 30 offices, combining heart and expertise to help teams deliver exceptional patient care.
Now with ROBRA Solutions, Gaby continues to pour her passion into helping clinics grow and serve their communities with purpose. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, creating videos, translating, and pursuing her family’s mission to bring chiropractic care to underserved communities around the world.
Meet Linda, a Michigander rooted in the soil just outside Ann Arbor, who has spent the last 14 years in harmonious alignment with the chiropractic world. Before this chapter, she sharpened her shears and business acumen in the bustling salon scene of Chicago's suburbs, a training ground for precision and client care. Drawn by an inner compass, she returned to academia, first exploring the labyrinth of American healthcare and the vibrant palette of holistic nutrition.
Linda is a sun-seeker, a word-weaver, a water sprite, and a hammock philosopher, often found grounding her vibrant spirit in the gentle sway of her outdoor haven. With a passionate fire in her belly, she's a natural conductor of training sessions, a devoted pamperer of patients, and a maestro of the appointment book.
Brittany was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky, and spent her early years traveling the U.S. in a military family. A proud mom of three beautiful girls, she enjoys four-wheeling and live music in her free time. Brittany discovered chiropractic in 2016, the same year she earned degrees in Business Studies and Early Childhood Education.
Since then, she’s managed and supported over 13 clinics, providing training and business strategy for both Chiropractic Assistants and clinic owners. Brittany brings passion, experience, and heart to everything she does.
With over a decade of experience in the chiropractic industry, Samantha has become a passionate advocate for health and wellness. Specializing in chiropractic marketing and patient acquisition, she helps neuropathy clinics attract qualified leads and manage them effectively.
Through her consultations with neuropathy patients, she provides tailored strategies to ensure they receive the best care possible while helping clinics expand their patient base. When not working, Samantha enjoys adventuring. From flying planes to dining on bugs, she’s always up for new experiences!
With over 14 years of experience in customer service and administrative support, Alexa is the steady force behind the scenes at ROBRA. She’s supported restaurants, small business owners, and franchisees—bringing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of fast-moving operations.
Alexa ensures everything runs smoothly, handling the behind-the-scenes work with precision and care. Her proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and unwavering reliability make her an essential part of the team and a key reason ROBRA stays on track and thriving.
Esence Garris is a passionate minister and the powerhouse behind our event team. With a gift for communication and an eye for detail, she helps clinics connect with their communities and trains her team with care and excellence.
Esence’s extroverted nature and creative spirit make her a natural connector. She’s a thrifty DIY enthusiast, devoted foodie, and loves spending time with her family, gardening, and skating in her free time.
